What is a K-LED Transparent Display?

K-LED Transparent Displays are basically LED display devices that allow the audience to see what is shown on the glass screen, while still being able to see through it (otherwise called a see-through screen).  

The technology used for this kind of display screen has been around for more than 20 years already but has only recently been used by companies in consumer products.

There are basically two types of transparent LED display devices, the LCD and LED. LCD is the older version while the LED is the newer one.

4 ways to Install a K-LED Transparent Display

There are four basic ways to install a K-LED Transparent Display . Here they are.

Pasting

This method will involve pasting the K-LED module directly on the glass with UV glue.

  1. First thing you have to do is to clean the glass surface of the K-LED module to be installed. Make sure there are no dust and water on the glass surface.
  1. Next, you need to calculate the space of the location where you need to install the module.
  1. Then apply the glue provided by the manufacturer on the four support blocks of the K-LED module.
  1. Once you’ve finished that, then install the glued K-LED module on the glass in the correct position and hold it by hand.
  1. Then switch on the UV lamp and use it to illuminate the small square for about 10 seconds to cure the glue.
  1. Afterwards, install the K-LED curtain wall screen module in order according to steps 3 to 5.
  1. Lastly, place the power supply and data cable and lock the cable slot to the K-LED module with the screw lock.

Locked on the Glass Curtain Wall Frame

To lock the K-LED Transparent Display on to the glass curtain wall frame, just place the square tube of the K-LED curtain wall panel directly using the screws on the frame of the glass curtain wall. That’s how simple it is to do.

  1. The first thing you need to do is use the screw to lock the K-LED module on the line slot to make the assembly A.
  1. Then screw the wire groove of the upper step and the square tube together to form the assembly B.
  1. Next, lock the fixing bracket to the frame on the glass curtain wall with the screws provided.
  1. Lastly, screw the assembly B to the fixed bracket lock.

Installing on a Claw Point Glass Curtain Wall

  1. The first step is to use the screw to lock the K-LED module on the line slot to make the assembly A.
  1. Then screw the wire groove of the upper step and the square tube together to form the assembly B.
  1. Next, connect the screws, nuts, and connecting plate B to the connecting claws of the square tube glass curtain wall.
  1. Once you’ve finished that, then lock the component B to the square tube B with a screw. Then you’re all done.

Take note that you can customize the size of the K-LED module according to the size of the glass.

How to Choose the Right K-LED Transparent Display?

Choosing the right K-LED Transparent Display is very straightforward, as long as you know how to choose properly. Here’s how.

  1. Choose the right amount of brightness. This is an important factor when you are shopping for a transparent screen.

A K-LED Transparent Display that is too bright can cause discomfort to anyone that watches. If brightness is also lacking, the viewers won’t be able to see a clear picture.

  1. Consider the pixel pitch of the K-LED Transparent Display you will be buying.

This is the factor that affects the transparency of the screen. Keep in mind that the higher the pixel pitch, the less pixel density it has, but it becomes more transparent. It will also result in a lower resolution. A low pixel pitch on the other hand, is the opposite.
